Lessons from Team Building by Qaz’Din Fooks

Being on this team and working with everyone towards a common goal has taught me a lot about responsibility and how to be productive. I learned that not only does it take active listening and helpful feedback, but persistence  and motivation to set up an event. Hearing everyone’s excitement and ideas bounce off one another’s was truly inspiring and eye-opening. I am dedicated to the Ryan Nece Foundation and all of the things we do. I have had the wonderful opportunity to become a leader and inspire the lives of many. I am proud to be a member of this benign foundation and without it I wouldn’t be who I am. Soon we are doing Restaurants for Ryan and for me that is not a focus of gaining money or shallow goals, but of cohesive achievement and radiating success and optimism among everyone involved.
