Meet Our Students: Jake May

Jake May, one of 4 siblings, is sandwiched right in the middle alongside his identical twin. Jake maintains a part-time job at KFC and is an outgoing student of Brooks DeBartolo. He plans to take his academic career to the next level in medicine. This path aligns with his goal of making a positive overall difference in his life, helping others. Connecting this to the idea behind the power of giving, he stated, “We all have the power to make a positive impact on the world; we can contribute our time and effort to people and communities in need.” He has a personal connection to people worldwide, as he grew up in Peru and Indonesia, surrounded by diverse cultures and witnessing people in need. He likes long walks on the beach with the sun setting behind him.

Jake’s introduction written by fellow Student Service Program member, Justin Belteau. You can see the entire Class of 2027 here.
