Path Finders Trip by Nhu Doan

This Path Finders trip was the very first time the SSP students were together in an informal setting. Upon meeting at the designated pick-up location at 8 AM, spirits were still low and everyone was not yet become familiar and comfortable with one another. We did not even know each other’s names! Throughout the course of the day, as we played name-memorizing games and did team-building activities, we gradually became more comfortable with one another. We also had the opportunity to zip line, play trust-building games, and enjoy a lunch together. By the end of the day, we were all acquainted and comfortable with one another. This Path Finders trip was truly the start to a beautiful chain of friendships that I hope will further flourish as we embark on a journey of community service together. Thank you for the amazing day, RNF!
