We’re Hiring in Northern California!

In August 2023, the Student Service Club™ school-based model was launched as an extension of the Ryan Nece Foundation’s Student Service Program to ensure all teens have access to organized community service opportunities and inspirational servant leadership education. Since then, we’ve grown to serve more than 2,100 students across 17 high schools in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Now, we’re bringing that same proven model to Northern California. This year, the Ryan Nece Foundation is launching its first Student Service Clubs in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, with MOUs finalized at Mountain View and Los Altos High Schools and additional partnerships in the works, giving Bay Area teens the same tools and resources to become leaders and impact givers in their communities.

We are seeking a passionate, personable, and organized California Programs Coordinator to help launch this expansion, fostering the service mindset, facilitating monthly leadership lessons, and coordinating service projects for high school students in their classrooms. This role will play a critical part in bringing servant leadership principles to Northern California and empowering students to engage meaningfully in their school and community. The Coordinator will also analyze student takeaways, collect data on program outcomes, and oversee student-led service projects in collaboration with new community partners in the Bay Area.
