We’re Hiring

In August 2023, the Student Service Club™ school-based model was launched as an extension of the Ryan Nece Foundation’s Student Service Program to ensure all teens have access to organized community service opportunities and inspirational servant leadership education. Now, students from any Greater Tampa Bay Area high school can have the tools and resources to achieve the Ryan Nece Foundation vision that all teens can become leaders and impact giving in their communities.

Today, we are proud to serve more than 2,100 students across 17 high schools through this program. 48% of students in our Student Service Club self-reported they had never volunteered before the 2025-2026 school year. That’s more than 600 young people who came in with no prior service experience and are now building habits that will last a lifetime.

We are seeking a passionate, personable, and organized Program Coordinator to foster the service mindset, facilitate monthly leadership lessons, and coordinate service projects for high school students in their classrooms. This role will play a critical part in fostering servant leadership principles and empowering students to engage meaningfully in their school and community. The Coordinator will also analyze student takeaways, collect data on program outcomes, and oversee student-led service projects in collaboration with community partners.
