It’s Not Over

Today I think was a culmination of all the skills and ideas we, as a team, had developed over the past few days. We used our gardening skills from yesterday and our communication abilities as well. In terms of actually working with the group I’ve learned a lot about how to identify the needs of not only those around you but communities as a whole; I’ve really learned what it means to be a team and how to come together to make even a minor impact on large communities. Aside from the work aspect of this trip I’ve learned a lot from this team as individuals and gotten pretty close on this trip and I’m very appreciative of all the energy and time everyone has put into this trip to not only make it successful but to make it as fun as possible as well. I can’t wait to see what our roles will be in this program over the next year!
