Meet Our Students: Mikalah James

Mikalah goes to East Bay High School. If she could only eat one food for the rest of her life, it would be pizza! Her favorite ice cream flavor is strawberry. In her free time, she reads and practices spinning her flag for color guard. She wants to be a neurosurgeon when she grows up, and her goals for the future include continuing to obtain knowledge and staying near education. To Mikalah, the power of giving means to give away valuable information or resources to communities that struggle and bringing awareness to issues within society.

Mikalah James’s introduction written by fellow Student Service Program member, Shireen Isakson. You can see the entire Class of 2025 here.
