Meet Our Students: Teju Tummala

I’m Teju Tummala, and I go to Steinbrenner High School. The power of giving to me means forming mutual respect between the people receiving and the volunteers who are doing the giving. For my future, I aim to attend the University of Florida and study to be a veterinarian. I’ve always wanted to give back to not only people, but to animals too. I have a pet rabbit, Lea. When I think about someone who has pushed me to be who I am today, I think of my grandma. She has been an influential person and inspires me to be the best that I can be every day. Aside from giving back, I also enjoy drawing, using my artistic side, and playing tennis. I am very grateful for the opportunities given and can’t wait for two great years with the Ryan Nece Foundation!
