The Power of Giving Gala brings together Tampa Bay’s leaders, philanthropists, and community champions for a seated dinner, keynote address, student spotlights, silent auction, live entertainment, and the annual Paragon Award presentation, all in celebration of 20 years of impact.

The mission of the Ryan Nece Foundation is to create opportunities for teens to embrace the Power of Giving through volunteerism and inspirational leadership programs.
Why Our Work Matters
In our modern society, young people are bombarded with messages of selfishness. The Ryan Nece Foundation aims to combat those messages by exposing young people to community issues, encouraging them to reach outside their circle of knowledge, and teaching them to give selflessly. During the 2025-2026 school year, the Ryan Nece Foundation served more than 2,100 high school students, and we currently have seven high schools on our waitlist.
