In August 2023, the Student Service Club™ school-based model was launched as an extension of the Ryan Nece Foundation’s Student Service Program to ensure all teens have access to organized community service opportunities and inspirational servant leadership education. Now, students from any Greater Tampa Bay Area high school can have the tools and resources to achieve the Ryan Nece Foundation vision that all teens can become leaders and impact giving in their communities.
In August 2024, we will launch the next phase of this model, partnering with 12 Hillsborough County Public Schools through their high school AVID programs. We are proud to be partnering with these AVID classrooms and the AVID teachers for the 2024-2025 school year:
- Alonso High School
- Bloomingdale High School
- Brandon High School
- Freedom High School
- Gaither High School
- King High School
- Lennard High School
- Plant City High School
- Sickles High School
- Spoto High School
- Strawberry Crest High School
- Wharton High School
To serve these schools and students in a personalized and individualized approach which yields proven results, we are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a:
- Student Service Club Manager (Full-Time)
- Student Service Club Coordinator (Part-Time; ~10 hours Per Week; Must Be Available In-Person on Fridays)
To apply for either of these positions, please submit cover letter and resume to melissa@ryannecefoundation.org. Please, no phone calls. To learn more about our foundation, visit ryannecefoundation.org.
